Overview

The Contracting & Credentialing Specialist owns end-to-end provider credentialing and payer enrollment across multiple US states, ensuring timely provider launches and managing credentialing pipelines.

In Short

• 100% Remote position with Pacific Time availability required
• Full-time role with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Manage end-to-end credentialing and enrollment for Nurse Practitioners
• Proactively identify and resolve credentialing blockers
• Maintain accurate tracking systems and communicate updates
• Support expansion into new states and payer relationships
• Build scalable processes and documentation for credentialing
• Coordinate with in-house billing team
• Develop SOPs and call scripts for payer communication
• Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare credentialing and payer enrollment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and other tracking tools
• Experience in building SOPs and documentation
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, and payer-specific portals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tracking
