WebRTC Engineer - Remote

Outspeed is solving one of the biggest challenges with current AI systems - latency. We are building the infra for real-time AI for applications in gaming, AR/VR, robotics, and more.

In Short

• Build and scale networking infrastructure for real-time AI performance.
• Engage directly with customers.
• Contribute to the architectural roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering and product teams.

• 2+ years of experience in WebRTC systems architecture and design.
• Strong understanding of RTP, RTCP, and websocket protocols.
• Knowledge of congestion control and reliability monitoring.
• Proficient in Python and Javascript.
• Prior experience with voice/video AI models is a plus.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of resilient, large scale WebRTC systems.
• Strong understanding of RTP, RTCP and websocket protocols.
• Strong understanding of technologies like congestion control, reliability monitoring, SFU's etc.
• Strong understanding of Python and Javascript.
