GTM/Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

Peakora is the leading Go-To-Market Design & Engineering partner in DACH, building end-to-end marketing and sales systems that scale lead generation, sales revenue, and CRM operations. The Peakora team consists of GTM Experts and GTM Engineers focused on building and improving their own GTM-System and delivery operations.

In Short

• Work closely with the marketing team to build GTM System for lead generation and sales efficiency.
• Conduct Research & Development for new use cases and methods.
• Prepare playbooks and materials for the delivery team.
• Build N8N workflows to optimize delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in outbound lead generation systems.
• 2+ years of experience with Clay.com and strong skills in building tables.
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience with automation tools such as N8N.
• Good communication skills and a highly structured approach.
• Excellent English skills, German is a plus.
• Strong interest in the AI-Sales space.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely.
