Overview

We are seeking Content Moderators to join one of our newest client teams! Content Moderation is one of the lines of business of the client and the team handles concerns related to Deactivation, Account Access, How to Inquiries, Joining concerns, and many more.

In Short

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Moderate and remove content that violates platform guidelines.
• Evaluate user reports regarding inappropriate content.
• Monitor and respond to user inquiries related to content moderation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends related to content moderation.
• Document and maintain accurate records of moderation actions.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and one or more languages: Tamil/Arabic/Hindi/Farsi.
• Previous experience in content moderation or community management preferred.
• Strong understanding of online safety and legal issues.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools is a plus.
