In Short

• Engage in out-of-court debt collection measures and objection handling.
• Draft brief statements regarding debtor objections.
• Correspond with debtors and creditors in contentious cases.
• Negotiate and conclude settlements.
• Establish installment payment agreements.
• Conduct phone calls with debtors and creditors.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in debt management or debt collection.
• Several years of professional experience in the debt collection industry.
• Completed training as a legal assistant or legal specialist (preferably with additional qualifications in debt management).
• Willingness to actively shape and improve processes.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Ideally: Knowledge of the Ikaros debt collection software by Ferber.
