Requirements

• At least six years of software development experience.
• Two years in a people management role.
• Experience with modern software delivery processes.
• Strong technical foundation in React, Java Spring Boot, AWS, and Terraform.
• Ability to assess technical and business trade-offs.
• Experience in a growth-oriented startup is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare or benefits administration is a plus.
• A low-ego, humble, and mission-driven mindset.
