Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Paytient is looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about the power of Paytient's platform and mission to help remove cost as a barrier to care.

In Short

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to create delightful experiences.
• Translate user needs into intuitive designs.
• Build concepts and high fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Maintain and evolve the Paytient design system.
• Conduct continuous user and market research.
• Deliver solutions that delight and address unmet needs.
• Obsess over details while building in systems.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior leaders.
• Own and drive visuals and UX across touch points.
• Work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Requirements

• Mastery of product design software, primarily Figma.
• Experience with end-to-end product design.
• Experience in building and shipping digital applications.
• Ability to conduct user research.
• Strong understanding of UX principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience conducting secondary research.
• Extraordinary visual design skills.
• Mastery of prototyping tools.
• Ability to ideate and define new features.
