Overview

As a Payroll Implementation Consultant at PaySpace, you will be responsible for executing successful cloud payroll implementations and providing support to new and existing customers.

In Short

• Lead customer workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Document customer requirements and configure systems accordingly.
• Migrate data accurately from existing systems to PaySpace.
• Provide customer support post-implementation.
• Test new system functionalities and assist with cross-departmental queries.
• Mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• Full knowledge of payroll and HR legislation.
• Experience with African country legislation.
• 7 to 12 years of experience in a similar senior role.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
