• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals
• Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards
• Manage cash flow, P&L performance and efficient treasury operations
• Lead internal and external audits, addressing findings effectively
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team
• Develop financial models for strategic planning
• Provide actionable financial insights for executive decision-making
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
• Act as an official representative in interactions with regulators
• Data extraction and analysis for reporting purposes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial roles within FinTech industries
• Experience with the MFSA license
• Experience preparing and submitting BR06 and Payments Statistics Survey reports
• Expertise in auditing and safeguarding accounts
• Understanding of payment systems and electronic money operations
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle)
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian/Russian
• Maltese language would be a plus
• Relocation to Malta required if not Malta-based
