In Short

• Support corporate customers and their employees with the use of employee cards
• Provide support via phone and email, and manage inquiries in the internal ticketing system
• Request and send documents
• Explain our products and their usage
• Check and resolve issues
• Control, maintain data, and monitor deadlines

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk or bank clerk)
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• Structured and self-organized working style
• Team spirit, reliability, and initiative
