Overview

The role is about taking full ownership of the Card Issuing Programme, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional card solutions, including launching virtual and physical cards.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend business requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in card issuing or financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of product development processes.
• Ability to create detailed requirements for engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in data analysis insights (SQL, R, or Python).
• Sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Experience working with senior decision-makers.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience in building process flows using UML tools.
