In Short

Increase automation of operational activities to reduce downtime risk.
Drive systemic improvements across engineering teams.
Implement non-functional improvements in code.
Promote adoption of SRE best practices.
Provide cross-platform observability capabilities.
Continuously review logs, metrics, and alerts.
Design non-functional tests and run them.
Collaborate with Domain Squads.
Investigate issues and incidents.
Build quality up to and including production.

Requirements

Proactive attitude towards improvement.
Expert knowledge of Grafana, Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus.
Experience with non-functional and production testing.
Analytical mindset.
Software engineering skills in .NET 8, Go, Java, TypeScript.
Expert experience with containers and orchestration.
Understanding of APIs and distributed architectures.
Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools.
Experience applying AI to SRE.
Knowledge of process automation tools.
