Overview

The Data Analyst at Paxos will own analytics for Paxos stablecoins and rewards initiatives, combining strong SQL and analytical skills to help teams make better decisions.

Own the analytics for Paxos-issued tokens and rewards.
Translate business questions into data problems and deliver actionable outputs.
Partner with data engineering to improve data models.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in data and analytics roles.
Advanced SQL proficiency.
Experience with dashboarding tools like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau.
Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics development.
Comfort with Git-based workflows.
Ability to leverage AI in analytics workflows.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong stakeholder and requirements-gathering skills.
