Overview

The Asset & Infrastructure Manager will play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of Pave’s turnkey electric vehicle (EV) solutions for commercial fleets.

In Short

Oversee Pave’s fleet of EV charging infrastructure and operational sites.
Contribute to product innovations and process improvements.
Support EV fleet deployment and integration.
Monitor fleet performance through telematics and analytics.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
Lead cross-functional operations and maintenance teams.
Analyze and report on key performance metrics.
Provide direct support for technical escalations.
Support strategic initiatives and scaling efforts.
Help develop Pave’s culture of excellence.

Requirements

5+ years of O&M and asset management experience.
Experience in managing energy monitoring systems for EVs.
Proficiency in project planning tools.
Expertise in diagnostics for power electronics systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train non-technical users.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Passion for electrifying transportation.
Ability to travel 1+ week per month.
