UX/UI Designer - Remote

Overview

As a UX/UI Designer at Pavago, you will join a modern digital product team where your design skills will directly influence both user experience and brand perception.

In Short

• Design and maintain brand identity systems, including logos and visual guidelines.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate complex user flows into intuitive designs using Figma.
• Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers.
• Communicate design decisions and receive feedback constructively.
• Create subtle animations or micro-interactions (preferred but not required).
• Contribute motion design elements to marketing or onboarding flows.
• Take ownership of your creative direction in a remote team setting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design and/or brand identity.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into polished visual experiences.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with agile product teams and collaborative design workflows.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills.
