UI/UX Designer - Remote

In Short

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design for key product features.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
• Develop design systems, UI components, and reusable patterns.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Create polished visuals and assets for product UI.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Advocate for the user and champion design excellence.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
• Experience with user research and testing.
• Familiarity with basic front-end concepts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in solar, energy, or climate tech industries.
