Pavago is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join our client’s team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service.

• Assist in creating structured processes for sales.

• Support the training of offshore teams.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service in home service business (HVAC or Plumbing).
• Ability to convert leads into appointments and drive sales.
• Excellent English proficiency for communication.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Service Titan.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
