Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) and strong English proficiency.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
