• Provide comprehensive customer support to Nordic clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to foster a supportive and engaging team environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) as well as English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to embrace new cultural experiences and challenges.
