In Short

  • Build monitoring capability and own monitoring processes across the organisation
  • Set-up and own Incident Management process
  • Identify and resolve incidents in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement processes for incident management
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents for analysis
  • Conduct post-incident reviews
  • Ensure communication plans are in place for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with QA leads and Product owners
  • Manage incidents until resolution
  • Report on incidents and trends

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in IT service management
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management practices such as ITIL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience with incident and problem management processes
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • Technical knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Time management skills
