Overview

This role leads the development and execution of data-driven, market-responsive credit strategies within our consumer lending portfolio. This forward-looking role not only focuses on current underwriting and risk analytics excellence but also builds the foundation for partner ecosystem growth, and innovation-driven strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency with SAS, SQL, Python, or R.
• Demonstrated expertise in credit risk and portfolio analytics.
• Strong familiarity with consumer credit regulations.
• Strong data analytics and partner management capabilities.
• Familiarity with pool risk analytics and scenario-based modeling.
• Strategic and critical thinker.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and passionate about continuous learning.
