• Perform risk-based audits including operational, financial, compliance, and BSA/AML.
• Assist in planning and execution of complex audits.
• Support audits across diverse domains including payments and money movement.
• Apply audit methodology and leverage data analytics tools.
• Analyze data for control gaps and regulatory non-compliance.
• Evaluate BSA/AML processes and OFAC compliance.
• Document work performed, issues, and observations clearly.
• Research and advise on audit services related to financial crimes.
• Stay updated on changes to banking laws and regulations.
• Exemplify ethics and sound judgment in all tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CIA preferred.
• Up to 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability in assessing BSA/AML and sanctions compliance.
• Experience in internal audit or risk within financial services preferred.
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment.
• Prioritization and execution skills.
