• Develop, implement, and manage eLearning programs.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts.
• Create engaging online learning content.
• Design and develop eLearning courses using authoring tools.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Conduct quality assurance testing for eLearning materials.
• Analyze learner feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Stay updated on eLearning trends and technologies.
• Provide technical support for eLearning platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in eLearning development.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and SCORM/xAPI.
• Excellent graphic design skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
