Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred).
• Professional Engineer designation in Ontario.
• 8+ years of experience in track design engineering.
• Strong capabilities in AutoCAD Civil3D and OpenRail Designer.
• Experience with large-scale interdisciplinary projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Experience in design-build contract delivery is an asset.
• Fluency in English required.
• Mentoring skills to develop junior staff.
