Regional Marketing Account Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Regional Marketing Account Specialist supports our division and regional marketing teams nationwide with daily project and client management, providing strategic marketing solutions and managing client calls and status reports. This hybrid position is two days in the office and three days remote.

In Short

• Support Divisions with struggling and new communities.
• Uphold Brand Standards across all platforms.
• Coordinate with Copy, Digital, and Graphic Design Teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Strategize and collaborate with Division Marketing Teams.
• Audit the website for quality and accuracy.
• Assist with the national campaign strategy.
• Approval of Canva collateral and social content.
• Manage and strategize various marketing projects.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, professional, and communication skills.
• Project management skills, including strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to new assignments and deadlines.
• Experience managing and meeting project deadlines.
• Experience in managing calls and presentations.
• Ability to manage schedules.
• Customer Relationship Management and Project Management system experience is a plus.
