Energy Reporting Specialist - Remote

Overview

Parity is a Remote HVAC Optimization as a Service company that remotely controls and optimizes HVAC systems to deliver automatic energy savings and revenue to multifamily residential buildings and hotels. The Energy Reporting Specialist will support the creation and quality assurance of energy savings reports across the portfolio of multi-residential and hospitality buildings.

In Short

• Support the creation of energy savings reports.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting deliverables.
• Work closely with internal teams and utility data sources.
• Assist in applying weather normalization and Option C methodologies.
• Contribute to quality control checks on reports.
• Help validate metered data integrity.
• Support the identification of gaps in reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in onboarding new customers.
• Participate in continuous improvements of workflows.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in energy reporting or utility data analysis.
• Knowledge of IPMVP Option C methodology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus.
• Experience with utility data from various providers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A degree in Engineering, Building Sciences, or related field preferred.
