• We’re looking for a high-energy Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our North American markets.
• Your mission is to connect with key decision-makers and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives Team.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calling and email to spark interest.
• Identify and qualify key decision-makers across our target accounts.
• Make high volumes of outbound calls meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Leverage communication skills to book meetings within brief phone conversations.
• Handle objections with confidence and persistence.
• Navigate complex organizational structures to reach senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the Company's CRM.
• Consistently hit monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified leads.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
• Availability for the role that operates on Eastern Time Zone working Hours.
• Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Resilient, coachable, and highly motivated to succeed.
