Paragon Cyber Solutions has an immediate opening for those ready for an exciting and dynamic career as a Maintenance Control Center Systems Analyst to join other smart, talented, and dedicated engineers that pride themselves in analyzing the most difficult challenges for the launch-test range while developing and delivering solutions to meet the needs of the US Space Force and their customers. This opportunity supports the mission by developing, sustaining, and delivering world class space launch solutions!

Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance (active security clearance strongly preferred).

This position is eligible for a (hybrid) telecommuting schedule.

In Short

Assist the Maintenance Control Center (MxCC) in providing Range status to coworkers, Management and Range Engineers when appropriate
Input of Work Center Remedy trouble tickets into the USAF Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS)
Assist with MxCC Help Desk functions to receive phone calls and email requests
Assist MxCC team members with creating and maintaining Range instructions
Prepare reports for internal and external status meetings
Produce daily Contract Data Requirement reports when required
Assist with the development of Preventive Maintenance Instructions (PMI)
Assist with Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) data extraction and reporting
Innovate process improvement for contract compliance
Other duties as assigned including administrative functions

Requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Experience in maintenance control or related field
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency in data reporting and analysis
Familiarity with technical manuals and maintenance procedures
Problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience with process improvement initiatives
