Overview

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Customer Experience Technician to deliver exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring a high-quality experience with their restaurant technology solutions.

In Short

  • Act as the face of PAR to customers, responsible for service requests.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and general product support.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Work independently and make quick decisions.
  • Manage company inventory and vehicle for customer service.
  • Provide training to customers on PAR products.
  • Respond to customer calls per established Service Level Agreements.
  • Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as required.
  • Potential travel outside coverage area may be required.

Requirements

  • Customer and quality focused with a passion for service.
  • 2 years of experience with microprocessor-based equipment preferred.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with inventory management.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform minor construction tasks.
  • Familiarity with network cabling and DOS commands.
  • Clean driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work with ladders.
  • Understanding of AC power and grounding effects.
