HR Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an HR Analyst at Panoptyc, you will provide operational support and people data insights during our high-growth phase, managing core HR processes such as payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting.

In Short

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll accurately
• Track and report on employee attendance and leave balances
• Generate weekly and monthly HR reports
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documentation
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
• Ensure data consistency and support audits
• Collaborate to improve HR processes and tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR Analyst or People Operations role
• Experience in payroll processing and HR documentation
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills for remote work
• Availability to work during US business hours
