Overview

As a Support Agent at Zing Coach, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues for users of our AI Fitness Personal Trainer.

In Short

• Handle customer inquiries and issues via Zendesk and social media channels.
• Identify bugs and glitches reported by customers and communicate them to the tech team.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal and external documentation.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• 1+ years of experience with Zendesk or similar tools.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
• Technically oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Empathetic and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
• Creative mindset with a proactive attitude toward finding solutions.
• A willingness to grow and develop professionally within the role.
