The Senior Professional Services Consultant plays a critical role in providing deployment and configuration expertise for Palo Alto Networks solutions, ensuring customers successfully migrate to advanced cybersecurity platforms.

In Short

• Provide onsite and remote deployment of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for customers and project teams.
• Migrate clients from legacy firewall technologies to Palo Alto Networks platforms.
• Build custom security policies and application signatures.
• Provide after-hours support as needed for maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with network and security solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in networking technologies.
• Experience with high-end firewall appliances, preferably Palo Alto Networks.
• Industry certifications like CISSP, CCNA, or similar are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with IDS/IPS solutions.
• Deep understanding of security threats and internet protocols.
• Strong TCP/IP networking skills.
• Extensive background in LAN and WAN technologies.
