Senior Professional Services Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our talented Professional Services team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to Ivanti’s customers, providing expertise, leadership, and hands-on support for the successful implementation, optimization, and operational use of Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) and related solutions.

In Short

• Lead workshops for requirements analysis and technical baselines.
• Create scalable solution designs based on customer needs.
• Perform consultation, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical problems with Ivanti and peripheral technologies.
• Conduct customer handover sessions and optimize performance.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Ivanti Professional Services for customer excellence.
• Document best practices for ISM solutions.
• Provide regular updates to project and account teams.
• May require 25–75% travel based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 10 years of Ivanti Service Management experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing professional services consultant role.
• Expertise in infrastructure architecture and Service Management solutions.
• Advanced Windows systems administration skills.
• Understanding of virtualization and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of IIS server platforms and supporting technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Powershell, and familiarity with Python.
• Strong integration experience with tools like JIRA and REST APIs.
• SQL Server knowledge preferred.
• ITIL certification or equivalent is beneficial.
