• Leading individual customer engagements and participating in larger global customer rollouts.
• Driving end-to-end customer onboarding, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring.
• Supporting the sales team with complex scoping requirements.
• Tracking and maintaining accurate client records using Wrike and Salesforce.
• Managing successful completion of customer engagements.
• Advocating for the customer and assisting in prioritization of new product features.
• Collaborating with Wrike’s Product team to identify solutions to issues.
• Ensuring smooth hand-offs before and after professional services engagements.
• Mentoring junior members of the team.
• Possessing qualities that make a good Wriker: critical thinker, passionate about learning, open to feedback, strong team player.

Requirements

• 8+ years in project management, consulting, and customer-facing roles.
• Formal certifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc.).
• Ability to understand customer’s complex processes and needs.
• Extensive understanding of change management principles.
• Thorough expertise in one industry or critical customer segments.
• Ability to dive into technical discussions and present on digital transformation options.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage difficult audiences and complex client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills: positive, engaging, friendly, empathetic.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to client sites across Europe.
