Presales Engineer - Network Security - Remote

Overview

As a Presales Engineer for network security transformation, you provide technical expertise and guidance in customers' network security and zero trust journey, playing a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer’s key business imperatives.

In Short

• Collaborate with sales teams to recommend and develop customer solutions.
• Present to customers at all levels in the customer hierarchy.
• Lead and support customer demonstrations showcasing our value proposition.
• Responsible for prospective customers' Technical Validation projects.
• Architect solutions to strengthen customer security posture.
• Document high-level designs and key use cases.
• Lead conversations about industry trends and security landscape changes.
• Discuss product alignment with customer requirements.
• Assist in responding to RFIs/RFPs as the main technical contact.
• Position Palo Alto Networks services for proper implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, or Network Security.
• Outstanding customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with customers and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP, and BYOD Solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies.
• Proficient in English.
