Overview

The Domain Consultant will be the go-to expert for User Identity, Zero Trust Identity, and GlobalProtect, driving adoption and shaping security strategies for customers.

• Act as an expert in User Identity and Zero Trust methodologies.
• Engage with sales teams and customers to provide technical insights.
• Lead discussions on security trends and best practices.
• Produce educational material for Solutions Consultants.
• Maintain strong relationships with Product Management.
• Demonstrate solutions to customers effectively.
• Support cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
• Work remotely and interact with customers persuasively.
• Utilize lab environments to test and validate solutions.
• Advise on architecture and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of pre-sales experience with direct account ownership.
• Strong knowledge of identity providers (LDAP/AD, Azure AD, OKTA).
• In-depth understanding of the Zero Trust security model.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in creative and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication and Remote Access VPN.
• Familiarity with Global Protect.
• Understanding of SAML and Posture Management.
• Proven problem-solving attitude.
