Consulting Director, Specialized Services, Proactive Services (Unit 42) - Remote

Overview

The Consulting Director will help drive Proactive Consulting Services across a growing portfolio of strategic service offerings including SOC Assessments, Cloud Security, AI/ML Security Assessments, and other emerging service domains.

In Short

• Serve as a key contributor to the development, maturation, and innovation of SOC, AI Security, and Cloud Security consulting services.
• Lead and deliver technical and strategic cybersecurity assessments.
• Translate technical findings into actionable business risk implications.
• Conduct reviews and assessments based on frameworks such as NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27001.
• Provide deep subject matter expertise across various environments.
• Engage in a pre-sales capacity with client prospects.
• Support engagement teams in addressing technical objections.
• Lead the design and delivery of consulting enablement content.
• Partner with product development teams to improve delivery impact.
• Invest in developing long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity advisory or risk assessments.
• 6+ years of professional services and consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on strategic planning.
• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies.
• Public speaking and training experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields required.
• Ability to travel as needed (on average 25%).
• Proven experience managing diverse teams.
• Ability to scope new consulting opportunities.
