Overview

As a Content Designer at Palmstreet, you will shape clear, human, and impactful communication across our product, helping users navigate livestreams, transactions, and community interactions with confidence and clarity.

In Short

• Design, write, edit and test compelling in-product language.
• Own product documentation and blog posts.
• Collaborate closely with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Contribute to in-app messaging framework.
• Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in UX writing or content design.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into approachable content.
• Examples of finished wireframes or design mocks.
• Experience influencing product decisions through design.
• Familiarity with systems thinking and design systems.
