Regional MDS Director - Remote

Overview

The Regional MDS Director provides support, education, and training to MDS Coordinators while ensuring compliance with updated laws and regulations, with a focus on maximizing reimbursement through effective MDS submissions.

Requirements

• 5 years of MDS experience (preferred).
• RAC-CT certification (required).
• Willingness to travel to facilities.
• Strong understanding of PDPM and CMI.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to analyze clinical data.
