In Short

• Monitor and manage all comments across Facebook and Instagram.
• Respond to positive comments and customer questions in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Identify and delete negative or harmful comments when appropriate.
• Manage and respond to all direct messages (DMs) across brand accounts.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions.
• Log in twice daily (morning and evening) to ensure timely responses and coverage.

• Experience in social media management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
