Social Media and Affiliate Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a scrappy, creative, and organized Social Media + Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support fast-moving DTC brands across affiliate outreach, social content, and email marketing.

In Short

• Identify, vet, and reach out to influencers, creators, and affiliate partners.
• Manage affiliate relationships and track performance.
• Write personalized outreach messages and coordinate gifting or commissions.
• Help build and maintain an affiliate pipeline that aligns with our brands.
• Build out email flows and campaigns using Klaviyo.
• QA emails across devices and ensure deliverability best practices.
• Research trends and develop content ideas for social media.
• Write short-form copy for social posts and emails.
• Organized and deadline-driven with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Experience with DTC, Shopify, lifestyle, wellness, or beverage brands is ideal.

Requirements

• Creative and resourceful with strong written communication skills.
• Familiar with affiliate or influencer outreach tools.
• Comfortable in Klaviyo or willing to learn quickly.
• Experience writing social copy or email sequences is a plus.
• Comfortable using tools like Asana, Klaviyo, Figma, or Slack.
• Good understanding of creator culture, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
