Senior Creative Strategist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our clients' growing team. This is a pivotal role (their first full-time hire in creative strategy), so we need someone with the experience, vision, and leadership to shape and scale their creative operations from the ground up.

• Own creative strategy end-to-end, from ideation through execution.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing creative team.
• Develop scalable systems, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.

• Continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative assets to maximize performance.

• English level C1-C2!
