Our client, a US-based firm, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing essential bookkeeping services to the clients. This is a part-time role.

In Short

• Part-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST
• Categorize and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Maintain digital documentation and comprehensive audit trails
• Follow established internal checklists and workflows
• Liaise with clients to collect necessary documents
• Assist in preparing monthly management reports
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data entry
• Maintain organized digital filing systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes
• Support cleanup projects and client onboarding initiatives

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
• Strong communication skills for client interaction
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and other digital tools
