• Support the end-to-end process of legal entity formation.
• Complete and manage bureaucratic forms, licenses, registrations, and renewals.
• Liaise with vendors, government bodies, tax advisors, and internal teams.
• Conduct research on legal and tax requirements for entity creation.
• Track and manage multiple concurrent entity formation projects.
• Maintain a well-organized digital filing system.
