Head of Business Operations - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Head of Business Operations to own and scale all non-marketing operations for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand specializing in premium home and lifestyle products.

In Short

• Own Shopify backend operations including orders and payments.
• Manage global customer support operations and define SLAs.
• Oversee supply chain, inventory planning, and logistics.
• Handle HR operations including hiring and onboarding.
• Ensure legal compliance and brand protection.
• Manage finance workflows and ensure data accuracy.
• Build and maintain SOPs across all operational functions.
• Communicate clearly and proactively across teams.
• Document decisions and align stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and address them proactively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business operations management.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce operations.
• Experience in customer support and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with HR processes and legal compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment.
• Experience with automation tools and SOP development.
