We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Manager (DTC-focus) to join our team. This role focuses on direct response and performance marketing, aiming to drive measurable customer acquisition and optimize funnels.

In Short

• Manage relationships with external agencies handling paid acquisition.
• Monitor and review ad account performance across various channels.
• Provide clear feedback to creative and copy teams based on campaign data.
• Ensure consistency in copy, video, and funnel updates with the direct response strategy.
• Act as the primary link between leadership, agencies, and internal teams.
• Proactively flag issues and suggest solutions.
• Support the scaling of new traffic sources.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, particularly in consumer consumables.
• Understanding of subscription optimization and customer retention.
• Ability to review ad accounts and campaign performance effectively.
• Strong communication skills for conveying insights to teams.
