Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience.

• Experience managing agency relationships with 7-figure budgets.
• Deep understanding of performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills for actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare or employee benefits marketing preferred.
