The Executive Projects Manager serves as the Founder’s operational force multiplier, driving execution across various initiatives while ensuring precision and discretion in a dynamic environment.

• Oversee 20–30 concurrent initiatives using Notion and Microsoft 365.

• Build and maintain a Notion-based operating system.
• Deliver weekly progress reports.
• Oversee mastermind community programming and marketing.
• Track compliance and maintain confidential documentation.
• Support the Founder in personal and business priorities.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Critical thinking and results-driven mindset.
• Experience with project management tools like Notion.
• Strong communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience in marketing coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
