CRM & Ecommerce Designer (Braze + Shopify) - Contractor - Remote

Overview

As a CRM & Ecommerce Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact creative and on-site experiences while partnering closely with the CRM and Ecommerce teams.

In Short

• Part-time contract role (2-3 days/week)
• Design and build high-performing email and in-app message layouts in Braze
• Create polished visual assets for key marketing moments
• Design and optimize Shopify landing pages
• Apply user experience best practices in page building
• Ensure designs are responsive and cross-device compatible
• Contribute to a reusable library of CRM modules and page blocks
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
• Bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team

Requirements

• Experience with Braze and Shopify
• Strong visual design skills
• Understanding of UX principles
• Ability to create responsive designs
