The HighLevel Admin is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing HighLevel CRM systems to meet client needs. This role ensures smooth operation of the platform, integrates third-party tools, and creates automations, workflows, and templates to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.

In Short

• Maintain and update the HighLevel CRM platform.
• Set up accounts, pipelines, automations, and integrations.
• Design and implement workflows and automations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
• Conduct client training sessions and create documentation.

Requirements

• HighLevel Certified Admin credential (required).
• 2+ years of experience managing HighLevel CRM systems.
• Basic familiarity with javascript is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM configuration and workflow automation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve platform issues.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Eagerness to learn new features and adapt.
• Familiarity with email marketing and landing page design preferred.
